Flagship Therapy in Grand Junction, Colorado is expanding and seeks a Physical Therapist for full-time, in-house care. You will create and implement programs to meet patients' needs while benefiting from mentorship, clinical development, and leadership opportunities in a dynamic team.

We welcome PTs at all levels, including new grads. Expect strong orientation, ongoing support, flexible schedules, and a focus on infection control and community-focused care with local leadership guiding practice.
