Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in outpatient, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and treatment needs through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans and goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
