Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Maryland is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care across post-acute and outpatient settings. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress using EMR systems, and educate patients and caregivers to support safe transitions and long-term independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Experience evaluating patients and designing treatment plans.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong patient education skills for caregivers and patients.
