Legend Oaks Garland, part of Flagship Therapy, seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop care plans, and provide rehabilitative interventions for geriatric and post-acute care populations.
You will perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, wound care, and use modalities as appropriate, while counseling patients and families and generating comprehensive discharge summaries to ensure regulatory compliance.

Legend Oaks in Garland, TX, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!
Physical Therapist license is required.
Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
