We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team. The qualified PT in this position will work weekdays and 1 weekend per month in the skilled and long term care settings, as well as assisted living and memory care. Experienced therapists, flexible scheduling, and excellent pay rates make this a great opportunity for a PT interested in becoming a part of a caring, innovative, and evidence based outcomes focused rehab team.

Qualifications
