Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy seeks licensed physical therapists to provide in-home, tech-enabled care across Alabama. You will manage a full plan of care for each patient, set your own schedule, and be matched with nearby clients by Luna’s platform.

Expect per-visit pay with potential to grow earnings by adding visits, rapid documentation via the Luna app, and a safe, convenient home-health environment. Licensure and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
