  • Discharge patients when goals are met and provide referrals as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking an outpatient physical therapist that is engaging and friendly with a drive to pursue exceptional clinical quality. You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through individualized rehabilitation programs, focusing on functional improvement, pain reduction, and long‑term wellness in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Education and Experience
  • Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
  • Current and active state physical therapy license
  • New grads are welcome.

Work Context

Communication
Frequent interaction with patients, families, and clinic staff throughout the day to explain treatment plans, gather information, and coordinate care.

Role Relationships
Works closely with other PTs, rehabilitation technicians, and front desk staff. Occasional communication with referring providers, but most interactions are within the clinic.

Responsibility for Others
Responsible for the safety and care of assigned patients. Does not supervise staff unless specifically delegated.
