Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health seeks an experienced Physical Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team in a supportive rehab environment.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various diseases and impairments, provide in-house therapy services with progressive modalities, and collaborate with the team to ensure a positive rehabilitation experience for patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited therapy program.
• Licensure in the state of practice.
• Previous rehabilitation experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
