Job summary

Creative Interventions LLC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Early Intervention team in Enfield, CT. You will provide family-centered services to infants and toddlers, perform developmental and motor assessments, and recommend mobility aids as needed.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coach families in real-world settings while adhering to the APTA Code of Ethics. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available across multiple CT communities.
