Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver high-quality therapy to patients in facilities across our network. You will perform patient screenings, develop and implement treatment plans, and participate in discharge planning while supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs in aligned practice.
You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintain licensure, and stay current with industry trends.

The Physical Therapist (PT) delivers high-quality therapy services to patients while fostering positive relationships with facilities and clients, in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards and physical therapy best practices. Responsibilities include patient screening and evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, discharge planning, supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs, and case management. The therapist upholds professional conduct and complies with all state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
