Job summary

Pilot Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to join a compassionate team in Michigan. This full-time role focuses on helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and return to daily activities through evidence-based interventions.

You will assess patients, design individualized plans, implement exercises and manual therapies, and collaborate with a care team to ensure optimal outcomes. A Michigan license and outpatient PT experience are required, with a DPT preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Master of Physical Therapy (MPT).
  • DPT strongly preferred.
  • Current license to practice physical therapy in the State of Michigan.
  • Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and families on conditions, plans, exercises, and long-term strategies.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals.
  • Stay current with advances in physical therapy through CEU.
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every visit.

What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist at Pilot Physical Therapy, you’ll play an important role in helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and get back to doing what they love.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals and clinical needs
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, home exercises, and strategies for long-term success
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary care team
  • Stay current with advances in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every visit
