RehabVisions, a home health physical therapy provider, invites you to join our team as a part-time or full-time Physical Therapist serving the Creston, Winterset, and southwest Des Moines, Iowa areas.

You will assess and treat patients, document care, and help develop new programs while collaborating with families, physicians, and staff to ensure compassionate, high-quality care. We offer mentorship, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits to full-time therapists.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of a certified physical therapy program.
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure.

• Pay range: $40-$55/hour, depending on experience
