Amistad Physical Therapy in Del Rio is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. This therapist-owned practice offers a base salary up to $87,000 (based on experience) plus an uncapped Clinical Incentive Bonus Program, with company-paid medical, life, and disability insurance and a generous PTO policy.

Join a collaborative, growth-oriented team that values leadership, patient care, and continued learning. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment:

• Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
• Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
• Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.
