Seaside Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. You will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide mobility and pain reduction through evidence-based therapies.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ medical histories and current physical conditions
• Diagnose movement patterns by observing patients and listening to their concerns
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
• Establish clear goals and expected outcomes for each treatment plan
• Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries
• Educate patients and families on the recovery process and self‑care techniques
