Position Overview

Axon Medical Centers is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing Dallas team. This role will primarily focus on vestibular rehabilitation, while also treating a diverse patient population including orthopedic, neurological, and spine-related conditions. We are committed to clinical excellence and professional growth—training and support will be provided for candidates looking to expand their vestibular rehab expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide hands‑on therapy with a focus on vestibular rehabilitation
• Treat a variety of conditions including ortho, neurology, and spine injuries
• Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery expectations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Interest or experience in vestibular rehabilitation (training provided)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
