Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Corpus Christi, TX, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to support adults recovering from brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, and other neurological conditions. You’ll deliver care in a 1:1 model with 5-7 hours of therapy per week per discipline, in clients' homes and community settings.

This role offers flexible scheduling with no weekends or holidays, clinical autonomy within an interdisciplinary team, and the chance to advance specialized

Qualifications

• Accredited PT degree required.
• Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames.
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals.
• Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient.
