Job summary

Southwest Physical Therapy in coastal southern Oregon is hiring Physical Therapists and PTAs for our Coos Bay, Coquille, Bandon, Gold Beach and Brookings clinics.

Join a team of PTs, PTAs, OTs and office staff committed to compassionate, complete therapy and superior patient care.

This role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing education, and work‑life balance, with clinics offering outpatient and mixed settings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy.
• PT license for the state of Oregon.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage patient care for varying diagnoses.
• A desire to be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient's condition and create an appropriate plan to get them back to their highest level of function.
• Create balance of manual therapy and exercise to attain goals.
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment and home exercise plans.
• Maintain accurate and current documentation.
• Stay up to date on physical therapy techniques and technologies.
• Work as part of a team to provide superior patient care and work-life balance.

Southwest Physical Therapy & John Breuer Rehabilitation Services we are located on the beautiful southern Oregon coast. Our clinics are located in the communities Coos Bay, Coquille, Bandon, Gold Beach and Brookings Oregon. Here at SWPT we are committed as a team of PTs, PTAs, OT and office staff to providing the most compassionate, complete/effective therapy services possible for our patient community. We have positions open for both PT and PTAs in our Coos Bay, Coquille, Bandon Gold Beach and Brookings Clinics. Some clinics are all Out patient a couple offer a mix of OutPatient and InPatient.

Physical Therapist Position Description:
