Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Washington for a full-time/PRN role delivering high-quality therapy services. You will screen patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning while supervising PTAs and rehab technicians.
Maintain professional standards, stay compliant with state regulations, and contribute to ongoing education and program development within a multi-site environment.
This position may be offered as a Full-Time or PRN opening, depending on several factors.

The Physical Therapist (PT) delivers high-quality therapy services to patients while fostering positive relationships with facilities and clients, in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards and physical therapy best practices. Responsibilities include patient screening and evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, discharge planning, supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs, and case management. The therapist upholds professional conduct and complies with all state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
