Job summary

Maury Regional Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join our health system across Columbia, Chapel Hill, Lawrenceburg, and Pulaski. You will contribute to outpatient, home health, pediatrics, and other specialty areas, delivering patient‑centered care in communities close to home.

Qualifications

• Active TN license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
• Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient

Responsibilities

• Current and Valid License as a Physical Therapist in TN - Required
• 1 Year of Outpatient Occupational Therapy Experience - Preferred
