  • Opportunities for new program development or expansion of current programs with increased financial compensation/profit sharing in addition to base salary
  • Marketing opportunities for demographics/specialties where you have a passion. We will help you create your ideal caseload
  • Mentorship by Fellows and Board-Certified Clinical Specialists in Orthopedics and Neurology (2 paid coaching sessions per quarter & monthly paid educational opportunities)

  • Physical Therapist autonomy – no shady billing practices and unnecessary modality application
  • Administrative and billing support all provided in-house – mentorship in billing and insurance management available
  • Collaboration with an extensive network of other healthcare professions to provide multi-faceted individualized care across the state
Generous Benefit Package Available
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
