Job summary

Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, seeks skilled Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedics. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with competitive pay and strong mentorship.

You will build evidence-based care plans, collaborate with a values-driven team, and access in-house residency/fellowship programs, CEU opportunities, and tuition reimbursement. Colorado license required or eligible; pay ranges $80,000 to $95,000 annually.

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
