Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Clinton, IA. Join a collaborative team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs dedicated to helping patients regain function and improve quality of life.

The role involves evaluating and treating patients under physician orders, maintaining thorough documentation, and coordinating care with the rehab team to tailor programs to each patient’s needs. Flexible scheduling supports patient access and clinician work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats physical therapy patients under physician’s orders.
• Understands and complies with universal precautions, safety and risk policies and procedures.
• Prepares necessary documentation including evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes and logs in timely manner according to regulations.
• Consults with other members of rehabilitation team to select treatment programs consistent with needs and capabilities of individual and to coordinate comprehensive services delivery.
• Maintains positive relationships with health care team, patients and family.
