BEST Physical Therapy in Clayton, NC is seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy to join a private, PT-owned clinic that treats patients 1-on-1 and emphasizes performance, prevention, and wellness.

This role offers mentorship, profit sharing, and a flexible schedule with in-network and pay-for-service options. Active licensure and orthopedic skills are required, with bonuses for dry needling, cupping, or BFR certifications.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure.
• Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal clinical skills.
• Passion for performance, prevention, and wellness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Certifications such as dry needling, cupping, BFR, or other manual therapy specialties are a plus.

• We provide 1-on-1 treatments focusing on outpatient musculoskeletal injuries and sports performance as well as Preventative Care and Maintenance.
