• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all required training and stay compliant with regulations.
• Maintain open, respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, families and payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Education

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Cumberland, IL

Schedule: Full Time

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 annually, based on years of experience

You will collaborate with a dedicated group of 3 Physical Therapists and a Physical Therapist Assistant delivering exceptional outcomes to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health diagnoses.
