Tasa365 LLC seeks a Doctor of Physical Therapy for an outpatient pediatric role in Wyoming. The position focuses on evaluation and treatment of pediatric patients, education on prognosis, and collaborative care with families.

You will lead therapy sessions, supervise support staff, and participate in care planning, documentation, and quality initiatives. Relocation and sign-on options may be available to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with pediatric outpatient experience.
• Ability to conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for children.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and care teams.
• Supervise PTAs and Therapy Technicians in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform Evaluation/Treatment sessions with patients.
• Conducting Free Consultations.
• Educate patients about their condition and prognosis.
• Maintain documentation of every visit and update plans of care.
• Supervise PTA's and Therapy Technicians.
• Assist in marketing and productivity reporting as needed.

Full-Time

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 per year (USD) + a very good benefit

DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY

Our client’s Physical Therapy Center with multiple locations to select from, and they needs a Therapist!

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

• Perform Evaluation/Treatment sessions with patients
• Conducting Free Consultations
• Ensure patients are educated and aware of their condition and prognosis
• Keep patients accountable for therapy attendance and compliance with their plan of care.
• Complete all required documentation of each visit
• Updating plan of care as needed and discharging patients as needed
• Supervising PTA's and Therapy Technicians
• Listening to and recording patient successes
• Keeping Case management lists up to date.
• Assisting in Marketing efforts as requested by the Marketing department
• Keeping track of individual stats and completing productivity reports
