Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality inpatient care and guide patients through rehabilitation. You will work in our well-equipped gyms and collaborate with a team dedicated to compassionate care and patient progress.

Ideal candidates hold active licensure, CPR certification, and may have a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s with sufficient experience. Excellent communication and a passion for helping others are essential.

Qualifications

• State licensure or certification current as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
