Job summary

Architech Sports and Physical Therapy in Charlotte, NC is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to lead athletic rehabilitation and performance care. You will deliver personalized PT services, diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, and collaborate with coaches and healthcare providers for holistic athlete care.

Join a team that emphasizes growth, mentorship, and ongoing education, with a structured program (Architech U) and a four 9-hour days plus one 4-hour day weekly schedule

Qualifications

  • Licensed or eligible to practice as a DPT.
  • Ability to collaborate with athletes, coaches, and healthcare providers.
  • Willingness to participate in mentorship and continuing education programs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized physical therapy services focused on recovery and performance.
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions using Architech’s 5 Pillars: flexibility, strength, cardiovascular endurance, nutrition, and movement.
  • Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with athletes, coaches, and healthcare providers to deliver integrated care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for long-term success.
  • Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with Architech standards.
  • Foster growth mindset and participate in mentorship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized physical therapy services, focusing on recovery, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions using Architech’s 5 Pillars methodology : flexibility, strength, cardiovascular endurance, nutrition, and movement.
  • Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with athletes, coaches, and healthcare providers to deliver holistic, integrated care.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.

  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in mentorship opportunities, both as a learner and a peer mentor, to contribute to a culture of professional development.
  • Community Engagement
  • Represent Architech Sports in the local community by building connections with schools, sports associations, and healthcare providers.
  • Support athletes at high school football games or other sporting events, offering sideline care and fostering relationships within the sports community.
  • Serve as a resource for community partners, ensuring quick access to care for athletes in need of acute injury management.
