Job summary

Pappas OPT Physical and Hand Therapy is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our strong clinical team in Central Falls, Rhode Island. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients, create individualized care plans, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, as well as a $15,000 sign-on bonus and various benefits such as generous paid time off, medical coverage, and 401(K) matching.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Rhode Island.
• Experience in outpatient care preferred.

Overview

Earn $80,000–$105,000 plus a $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus with training, career development, and a Strong Clinical Team. This role is based in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, as part of the Confluent Health Family.

In this position you will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress.

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Review patients’ medical history
• Diagnose patients through observation, movement analysis, and patient concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island

Compensation

$80,000–$100,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
