• Graduate Degree from an accredited PT program is required.
• Licensed in the State of Iowa or in process of application, CPR certification.

• Must have experience developing Part B or outpatient caseloads and programs independently

• Must have a creative interdisciplinary approach to patient care.

Manual therapy skills, creative dementia possible care, and lymphedema certifications are a plus!

Education

Graduate Degree from an accredited PT program is required.

Licensure

Licensed in the State of Iowa or in process of application, CPR certification
