Providence is hiring a Physical Therapist for the Midtown Clinic in Anchorage, Alaska. The role is full-time, daytime hours with no weekend shifts, and involves collaboration with physicians, partners, and patients/family members to coordinate comprehensive PT services.

The incumbent will join Providence's patient-focused team, contributing to our mission of caring for the vulnerable and providing high-quality rehabilitation care across Alaska.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's/D.P.T. in Physical Therapy.
• Alaska Physical Therapist License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy Or D.P.T.in Physical Therapy.
• Upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
