Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program required.
• Must have passed the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current Montana Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evidence-based evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other treatment modalities to achieve patient goals.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Treat a diverse patient population across multiple diagnoses and age groups.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress throughout treatment.

Physical Therapist Opportunity: Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position Primarily outpatient orthopedic setting with inpatient acute care and swing bed responsibilities One-on-one patient care with an average of 8-10 patients per day Continuing education assistance and paid time for course attendance Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off
