Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Burleson, TX. The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and execute customized treatment programs focused on improving mobility, strength, and functional independence. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with patients to set rehabilitation goals, providing hands-on therapeutic interventions, developing home care strategies, and documenting treatment progress accurately and in compliance with clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
• Knowledge and application of Medicine and evidence-based therapeutic practices
• Capability in developing and implementing Home Care plans for sustained recovery
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and facilitate effective communication
• Valid Physical Therapist license (State of Texas) and compliance with regulatory standards
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree preferred
• Experience in manual therapy techniques is a strong advantage
• Competitive Salary: $77K–$90K+ annually, based on experience, advanced certifications, specialized skills, and clinical expertise.
