Job summary

Banner Physical Therapy in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient to evaluate, treat, direct and document patient care at our Buckeye location. The role offers a starting salary of $78,000 per year, with incentives including up to $20,000 sign-on bonus and a student debt benefit.

Schedule is weekdays with two evenings until 6pm. We provide mentorship, CEU programs, generous PTO, and comprehensive medical, vision and dental plans, plus a 401(k) and career advancement

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
