Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provides medically prescribed physical therapy services to evaluate, treat, and restore function.
  • Delivers patient-centered care in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform patient evaluations and physical therapy assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation and functional improvement.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals.
  • Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory, licensing, and patient safety standards.

Position Highlights

Hospital Based Outpatient setting. EMR integrated with all Central Maine Healthcare providers. Practice hours, Weekdays, 7 to 5:30. Individualized patient care. One-on-one sessions. No double booking, no dove tailing. Therapist driven schedule.
