Confluent Health, LLC in Boone, NC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a clinic located inside Appalachian State's Kidd Brewer Stadium. New grads and experienced clinicians are welcomed and mentored by a fellowship-level team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) or eligible for NC licensure.
• Outpatient orthopedic and sports PT experience or interest.

• CPR and First Aid Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education for return-to-sport and daily living.
• Treat orthopedic and sports injuries using dry needling, AlterG anti-gravity treadmill, and blood flow restriction training.
• Track progress with objective outcome measures and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with a residency- and fellowship-trained team.
