Job summary

Momentum Physical Therapy in Boerne, TX is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist for a PRN role. You will join a team of clinicians delivering outpatient ortho care to a growing San Antonio community.

New grads encouraged to apply! Active Texas PT license, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of outpatient ortho experience are preferred. A collaborative, patient-centered culture and strong teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PT license.
• 1–2 years of outpatient ortho experience (or be a rockstar new grad!).
• Current CPR certification.
• An upbeat, engaging personality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy in a collaborative clinical setting.
• Work with a team of clinicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Engage patients with evidence-based care and monitor progression.
