This is a full-time, onsite role providing hands‑on care and rehabilitation services to patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide hands‑on treatment with clear, functional goals
• Educate patients on recovery, pain management, and home exercise programs
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and determine appropriate discharge timingSupervise aides and support efficient clinic flow
• Contribute to clinical protocols, research initiatives, and continuous improvement
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education

Qualifications
