Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across care communities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop and implement plans, and coordinate discharge planning while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Expect to supervise PTAs and rehab technicians, manage cases, and maintain professional standards. APTA-accredited education and current state licensure are required.
This position may be offered as a Full-Time or PRN opening, depending on several factors.

The Physical Therapist (PT) delivers high-quality therapy services to patients while fostering positive relationships with facilities and clients, in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards and physical therapy best practices. Responsibilities include patient screening and evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, discharge planning, supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs, and case management. The therapist upholds professional conduct and complies with all state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
