Job summary

Home&Care in Billings, MT is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to help patients in their homes reach greater independence. You will build relationships with patients and families while delivering skilled PT services, assessments, and individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications include an accredited Physical Therapy degree, Montana PT license, CPR certification, and strong communication and leadership.

• Current, unrestricted Montana PT license.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients to help reach their highest potential.
• Conduct assessments, record findings, and develop individualized treatment programs with measurable goals.
• Design and implement rehab programs aligned with physician plans and patient goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to update treatment plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Communicate with patients, families, and team members about progress and care plans.

• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, reporting progress and updating care plans as needed.
