Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient services in patients' homes across the United States. This role emphasizes 1:1 patient care, autonomy, and minimal administrative work, with flexible hours.

You set your schedule, and Luna matches you with nearby patients within a 30-minute drive. You will conduct full plans of care in patients' homes, complete brief documentation in the Luna app, and receive per-visit payments with direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Outpatient home-visit therapy experience preferred
• Active state PT license is required, CPR/BLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, delivering full plan of care

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
