Job summary

Tygart Valley Health & Rehabilitation in Belington, WV seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress in the PCC EMR system. Valid WV PT licensure and CPR certification are required; on-site collaboration is encouraged.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Valid Physical Therapy license for state practice.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Proficient in EMR documentation (PCC experience not required).
  • Ability to conduct PT assessments and provide direct patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform PT assessments of referred patients and provide direct patient care to assess conditions, function, limitations, and rehab potential.
  • Document all patient findings and progress in PCC EMR and coordinate with care team.

Qualifications
  • Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
  • Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
  • Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
  • Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
  • CPR Certification.
