Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Passion for helping patients improve mobility, balance, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based treatments for orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and geriatric patients.
• Help patients improve balance, mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Utilize advanced clinical tools, including vestibular goggles, overhead safety support systems, and Normatec Recovery technology.
• Educate patients and families to support long-term success and independence.
• Complete documentation using Prompt EMR and AI-assisted tools designed to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Participate in community wellness and fall-prevention initiatives.
