Doctors of Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for Beaver Dam clinic, starting part-time with growth to full-time. You will provide one-on-one, evidence-based therapy focused on meaningful patient outcomes, developing plans of care and goals with the patient and care team.

The role emphasizes hands-on treatment, ongoing education, and collaboration with providers to deliver exceptional care in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations in accordance with APTA standards

• Deliver hands-on, one-on-one therapy to optimize patient recovery and function
• Track progress and communicate updates with referring providers and care teams
• Design and document home exercise programs to support ongoing improvement
• Ensure compliance with insurance and reimbursement guidelines
• Maintain current knowledge through continuing education and professional development
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, insurers, and other stakeholders
