Post-Acute Rehab Solutions in Beaumont, TX is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our home health team on a PRN basis. You will partner with patients to restore motion, improve function, and promote quality of life through evidence-based treatments and individualized care plans.

Requirements include TX license and liability insurance, a graduate degree in Physical Therapy, and experience in home health or rehab.

Qualifications

• Active license in TX required.
• PT Liability insurance in TX required.
• Graduate degree or greater in Physical Therapy.
• Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices.
• A friendly and professional demeanor is required when explaining procedures and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet patients' goals and needs.
• Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility.
• Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery.
• Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
