• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and establish goals for rehabilitation.
• Create and adjust treatment plans to maximize recovery.
• Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as indicated.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes in EMR.
• Educate patients on home programs to support ongoing recovery.
