Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy seeks skilled physical therapists to provide one-on-one outpatient care in patients' homes, guiding them through full plans of care with autonomy to set availability. You’ll be able to choose when and how often you treat, receiving per-visit pay and opportunities to increase earnings with more visits.

You’ll use the Luna app for documentation (3-5 minutes per patient) and benefit from a practical, safety-focused experience designed for mobile PTs delivering care on the road.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Liability insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to document patient care efficiently using the Luna app.

• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)


• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
