Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care. You’ll work in well-equipped therapy gyms and collaborate with a compassionate team to guide patients through their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients needing physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery across physical, emotional, and mental aspects.
• Celebrate patient progress and victories throughout the rehab journey.
