Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation - Outpatient in Arlington, TX is seeking a flexible Physical Therapist with solid manual therapy skills and experience in general orthopedics, vestibular and worker’s compensation cases.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, managing a caseload of 10-12 daily patients, accurate documentation with TherapEbridge, and contributing to continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
• Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Promoting continuous quality improvement
• Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Full Time

BSW Arlington Parks is currently seeking a flexible, motivated, and hard-working Physical Therapist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have solid manual therapy skills and experience with general orthopedics, vestibular, and worker’s compensation clients. Flexibility will be required as coverage may be required at a nearby clinic. Hours are variable Monday-Friday, with early and late shifts required.

Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80

Responsibilities

As a Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
