Job summary

Addition Financial Credit Union seeks a highly skilled Corporate Security Technology & Ops Specialist to serve as the primary administrator for the organization's physical security tech across 39 locations. You will manage access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, vendor coordination, and system upgrades to ensure reliable, secure operations.

The role requires strong low-voltage knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams to implement

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years supporting physical security technologies.
• Experience administering access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems and hardware.
• Strong problem-solving, diagnostics, and vendor coordination.
• Experience with security software upgrades and tech implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarm systems across 39 locations.
• Coordinate installations, repairs, upgrades, and lifecycle activities with vendors.
• Develop documentation, standards, procedures and asset inventories.
• Support investigations via video retrieval and access-control reporting.
• Lead security upgrades, firmware/software updates and project roadmaps.
• Respond to incidents, perform risk assessments and maintain incident records.
