Deloitte is seeking a Senior Physical Security Manager to lead advisory engagements, translate business objectives into security strategies, and guide risk-based initiatives for clients. The team focuses on risk management, investigations, incident response, and technology-enabled security programs that protect people and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security-related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Global Security or related fields.
• 7+ years of physical security risk assessments and threat evaluations.
• Experience advising on or implementing physical security programs.
• Experience with security technologies and systems (access control, video, etc.).
• Ability to travel up to 75% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security advisory engagements and translate objectives into security strategies and roadmaps.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, threat evaluations, and gap assessments.
• Advise on security operations, investigations, crisis response, and business continuity.
• Assess physical security technologies and support security planning for construction and renovations.
• Develop executive reports, risk assessments, metrics, procedures, and manage workplans, budgets, and junior team members.
